This workshop focuses on building effective relationships with people of different personality types, be it work or personal relationships.

Understanding the different personality types helps individuals discover their natural talent in managing people. This can further help them to hone their communication and leadership skills. By understanding how to manage different personality types, individuals are able to work on their strengths and avoid pitfalls.

After this course, individuals will be able to understand what motivates people and learn how to avoid common pitfalls in relationship building. They can appreciate diversity in different personality types and learn how to leverage on each other’s strengths. They are also able to appreciate their own personality profiling as an individual and discover how to be at their best to communicate effectively with different personality types.

2 days workshop, 9am to 6.30pm

This workshop focuses on equipping Sales, HR and managers in prospecting their clients, candidates and team members.

After this course, individuals will be able to understand the factors that influence typing accuracy, motivations, and purchasing decisions. Learners will also learn how to differentiate between two Enneagram Types through questioning and observation, uncover core motivations, and develop strategies to better serve their clients or candidates, strengthen engagement, and support the process of closing a deal.
